Red Hills Media ("we," "our," or "us") developed Sentinel ("the App") with your privacy as a top priority. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.
The short version: We don't collect, store, or transmit any of your data. Everything stays on your device.
Information We Do Not Collect
Sentinel is designed to operate entirely locally on your device. We do not collect:
- Your dashcam footage or video files
- Telemetry data from your Tesla (speed, location, steering, etc.)
- GPS coordinates or location history
- Personal information or identifiers
- Usage analytics or behavior data
- Device information or identifiers
How the App Works
Sentinel reads Tesla dashcam footage directly from storage accessible to your device (USB drives, iCloud Drive, or other Files-compatible storage). All video processing, telemetry extraction, and export operations occur locally on your iPhone.
Your footage never leaves your device through our App. We have no servers that receive, process, or store your data. We cannot see your footage, and we have no access to your Tesla's information.
Third-Party Services
Sentinel does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not share any information with third parties because we do not collect any information to share.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may collect certain information as described in their own privacy policy when you download or update the App.
Data Storage
Any clips you save within Sentinel for offline access are stored locally on your device. This data remains under your control and can be deleted at any time through the App or by deleting the App itself.
Children's Privacy
Our App does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
