Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Sentinel ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

License

Red Hills Media grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Transfer the App to another person or "mirror" the App on any other server
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent

Your Content

Sentinel processes video footage and data that you provide ("Your Content"). You retain all rights to Your Content. We do not claim any ownership interest in Your Content and have no access to it.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and ensuring you have the right to use and process it. You represent that you have all necessary rights to any footage processed through the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not warrant that any particular Tesla firmware version will be supported or that telemetry data will be available for all footage.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RED HILLS MEDIA FL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the App or footage processing
• Loss of any footage or data
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the App

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP.

Use for Legal or Insurance Purposes

While Sentinel is designed to help you export footage for documentation purposes, we make no representations about the legal admissibility or acceptance of exported footage by courts, insurance companies, or other parties. You are responsible for verifying that exported footage meets any requirements for your specific use case.

Tesla Trademark

Tesla, TeslaCam, Sentry Mode, Autopilot, and Full Self-Driving are trademarks of Tesla, Inc. Sentinel is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. Our use of these terms is purely descriptive and does not imply any relationship with Tesla.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
